Forward in the Fifth hosted a training session for the Gear Up/Promise Neighborhood staff from Berea, KY on Tuesday, May 29, 2012.  Approximately 75 educators and community leaders attended and were given a copy of the “Stay in School Toolkit”.  Strategies were discussed regarding how they would implement the Toolkit into their schools and communities.  All came away from the training session with new ideas to help students stay in school and boost graduation rates.
